Vaasan yliopiston ylioppilaskunnan 30-henkinen edustajisto (eli edari) on ylioppilaskunnan korkein päättävä elin. Edustajiston kokoukset ovat kaikille vyyläisille avoimia.

Edustajiston järjestäytymiskokous on jaettu kahteen osaan. Kokouksen ensimmäinen osa pidetään tiistaina 21. marraskuuta ja toinen osa 4. joulukuuta. Kummatkin osat alkavat klo 16.15. Kokouksen ensimmäinen ja toinen osa pidetään Fabriikin VEO-salissa (F426).

Kokouksen ensimmäisessä osassa käsitellään mm. edustajiston puheenjohtajiston valinta vuodelle 2024 ja vuoden 2024 hallituksen muodostajan valinta.

Kokouksen toisessa osassa valitaan hallitus, jäsenmaksu lukuvuodelle 2024-2025, käsitellään ylioppilaskunnan talousarvio vuodelle 2024 sekä ansio- ja kunniamerkkien myöntämisestä.

The highest decision-making body of the Student Union of the University of Vaasa is a 30-member council (known as edari). Meetings of the Representative Council are open to all VYY members.

The organization meeting of the Representative Council is divided into two parts. The first part is on the 21st of November and the second part is on the 4th of December. Both parts start at 16.15. Both parts of the meeting are held in Fabriikki’s VEO-lecture hall (F426). 

On the agenda, for example, are naming the chair and the vice-chair of the Representative Council, deciding the membership fee of the Student Union, and voting the executive board for next year.
